Deep rooted stress happens due to a torture for a long time .Such stress creat a multiple fear syndrome in the subconscious mind leading to neurotic discrepancies.Many diseases like ulcers-shifting pains-insomnia-psoriasis are the outcome of such stressed period.Many times this stress leads to hypertension and subsequent losses.
These type of conditions occur when Manush and Daiva orbits of the house and plot get disturbed.There are four encircling zones of the house and plot e.g.
Pishachh orbit which is the outer most zone of the Vaastu Kshetra.Many times
Houses are constructed on the plot without sufficient site margin.At many places even 1' site margin is not available.In such cases the matrix of deities in the home get disturbed;which leads to such stresses due to many odd circumstances in the life.
In Ayaadi practice at present followed ;there too lies a lot of compromises regarding "whether to count the inside or outside or central zone for perimeter " ;so there lies a big confusion even in the minds of those experts(?).So the factors like Nakshatra to attain the cosmic wave in correlation to the Gruhsvami can not be defined.Simulating the first letter of the name for the decision of the nakshatra has no basis to gain the proper wave.
Repeated strokes given by transit planets and faults in the house leads to stress conditions in the life.

Many memories of the childhood keep ringing in the conscious and subconscious mind.Many times in house tiger skins or sharp horns are exhibited on the walls which carry negative vibrations due to their painful deaths.Any hard pointed object gives out poisonous arrows of negative energy.In childhood such objects creat deep marks on the juvenile minds of children .In traditional Vaastu Shastra there lies limitations on use of some colours and pictures too.Chitra Karma is the separate chapter devoted to this subject in the traditional theory.Skew geometric murals and odd shaped mirrors and the furniture are susceptible as the source of poisonous arrows;which creat odd asymmetric waveforms in the house.
Many times for convenience one hangs the blazers or shirts on the wall and due to deem lights and fans around it creat odd shadows on the wall and the house ;which creat deep impressions on the juvenile minds of the children .Such ambiguous and confusing impressions get deeply rooted in the childhood leading to unknown stresses throughout the life
So while planning the house and the interior designs one should give a first thought to these situations and must avoid such odd plays of light and shadows .

Many times people are not able to stop their chattering of the mind .Even certain songs keep ringing in the head and even that disturbs the sleep.All such disturbances are due to the polluted wind orbit of this age.The present Universe hardly contains any sound but it is full of noise and pollution.Such erratic waveforms of shocks and strokes hit the quality of the brain as it is highly sensitive medium with reception to the all forms of energy.It is the most subtle instrument and even the 21 th generation of the computer may not beat its sensitivity and self adjusting quality as the live respondent.Its one of the main control is in solar plexus ie Naabhi as per the yogshastra .
Along with this situation of the polluted orbit of wind element,if fault lies in west zone then the effects of polluted wind goes on increasing on the occupants .
To maintain the balance in such period of noise ;it's necessary to connect some sound by using traditional MantraBeejas along with some ritual-kriya.As Lord GorakshNaath says "that in this period unless you transform any attempt in the process ;attainment is not possible."क्रिय्यैव कारणं सिध्दे ।क्रिया मोक्षमवाप्नुयात्।।
In some course I will teach kriyaas related to ten directions;possibly in the course of "Tantra Vaastu".

There are multiple reasons for the state of deep rooted stress;but who has understood the laws and nature of the earth-Bhumi-Pruthvi tatva ;he is able to transcend this phase.
The root of this principle is reflected by the "Bhumi-Sparsha-Mudra"of Lord Buddha.It is translated as the Earth-Witness-Mudra too.In a yogic posture ;five fingers resembling five great elements are touching the earth and left hand is posing to the sky .The Mudra indicates multiple meaning and if understood properly is the answer to eliminate the deep rooted stress.
As regards Vaastu Shastra it indicates that emergence of five great elements is from the womb of earth and Mudra says that unless all these elements get earthing back to earth ;it's not possible to attain the peace.
Seeds of the events get rooted in the earth-brain-body-matter-Mind and keep growing with multiple roots to creat the outer flowering of the happiness .More the grip to earth ;more is the strength to the tree of hopes and ambitions ie termed as the unification of "Kaam-Dhatu " and the "Roop -Dhatu " ;as we have already seen in the article on the Borobudur in the past .
If ascension of the consciousness along with other elements like water to cool down;wind to attain the comprehension and fire to attain the ascending ;does not happen then the deep rooted thirst of "becoming "
something creat the stress ;which lies deep down in the consciousness .
This will not happen if there lies "mandalacar"streaming of the energy along with a right sequence of the "Grah-Tatva-Devta-Disha-Urja.
This understanding of the emergence of the five great elements from the earth is the Symbolic of the Bhumi-Sparsh-Mudra of the great Buddha and is one way a base of Vaastu Shastra too.

Mudras of great masters like Lord Buddha are indicative of multiple meanings and can be a subject for separate 21 articles here.
Here lord is touching right hand to the earth ;symbolising the unification of earth and prana ;earth and ether ;earth and energy.The life do not begin unless the positive confluence of these two opposite poles happen ;and the beginning can end in the complete form unless the sublimation of all virtues happen ;as indicated by the left hand in Dnyan Mudra.As we say that the sequence of Ghat-Ghatana-Ghatakash is the base of the Vaastu Shastra;is indicated by the right fingers touching the earth in the Mudra.Ghat-Ghatakash is nothing but the positive confluence of the earth and ether .Once the space is created in the Ghat ;the job of earth ends and the duty of prana-energy-ether begins .But due to the wrong form of earth ;earth keeps its role in the action then the stress begins to happen .This stress with its network of thought and action gets deeply rooted in the earth ie body ie matter ie mind.As we have already learnt in the theory of the Vaastu Shastra that the every element has three forms viz Gross-Medium-subtle; so the body and mind are gross and subtle forms of the earth only.
So cultivation of the correct form of our house is the right way to eradicate the deep rooted stress-pain-sorrow and all other ways like meditation-breathing techniques will have a temporary effect on the consciousness.Unless the basic correction in the form of the house is done;all yogik treatments may fail or will show less results.That is the importance of the Vaastu Shastra so it is said as the MahaTantra where Unification of Shiva and Shakti happens.

When some premature death happens ;it hits the total existence of the person.Such pain leads to dissolution of the subtle network of the four pillars of the consciousness and this leads to all types of irregularities-eccentricities-breaks in the personality .
Such events happen when Negative aspects of Saturn-Mars-Rahu happens in the personal chart and vibrations of sink directions spoil the aura of the occupants;staying in the wrong Vaastu.Whenever one finds such faults in the house ;instead of the facing the network of negative energy that leads to deep stresses ; wisdom lies in treating the house.The house treated as per the tenets of Vaastu acts as the shield that protects against the reverse cycles of time.Precaution is better than the cure.In such cases of possibility of loss of lives ,it is very difficult to eradicate the deep rooted fear and stresses.When such premature deaths happen ,even the people who are on the right path of spirituality;they too collapse and it becomes very difficult to sustain in the life.
Hence it is advised to establish the earth-load-heaviness in the sink directions and to creat the vibrations of ether-energy-light in the source directions.

In the case studies ,the sorrow that is not digested in the whole life span is " the death of the young son ".In all such cases for  the parents it is very difficult to live the life ;without stress-agony and tears.In such cases if the house is improved by the north streams then ; it adds the organic energy in the aura ;which has miraculous power to cool down the repetitive occurrence of thoughts and emotions.
In such conditions maintaining rhythm is most important so that cycles of energy can be tapped properly.A simple way to attain and maintain the rhythm is doing pradakshina around some temple;specifically Lord Ganesha or even any banyan tree. As banyan tree is considered as the source of the prana and movement in a pradakshina path gives expansion to the left breath and accuracy to the intelligence;will give virtuous changes in the behaviour.
In all such cases wisdom lies in doing the changes in the house before the occurrence of  any such event.
Particularly one should focus on the 1-5-9 signs and lords of 1-5-9 signs ;as this condition may represent weak or polluted fire element;in turn this may lead to similar conditions in the house and with its reflection in such events.
Along with such similarities in the birth charts and the house ;the current Dasha plays the important role in the eventology .

Every person's aura is the cloud of the blessings of his matrix of deities .Each person's matrix of deities contains the deity related to his family;his constellation;lords of moon sign-sun sign-ascendant sign and for some period the lord of the Dasha.Reflection of the deity of the family is connected to the forefathers ie Pitaras .In horoscope any fallacy related to this distraction is reflected by the pitru dosha.
Moon-Rahu;Sun-Rahu;Saturn-Sun conjunctions are some aspects related to the Pitru-Dosha.Kal-Sarp-yoga is one type of pitrudosha.All planets in the shadow zone (Anudit-Golardha) is one type of the pitrudosha.
Moon-Rahu conjunction reflects fault in the north-northeast zone of the house.Sun-Rahu conjunction reflects the fault in the east zone along with fault in the fire element.Saturn-Sun conjunction reflect the contraction of the prana in the house.Kal-Sarp-Yoga reflects the Vidisha Vaastu.All planets in the shadow zone reflects weak energy in the house.
All these conditions lead to wrong alignment of the body-mind-intellect ;progressively this creat the deep rooted stresses in the subconscious;which becomes difficult to treat ;day by day.It needs a multifold treatment with integral approach of Vaastu-Yoga-Jyotishi-Mantra to gain the positive result.

In modern times there lies deep stress to the guardians-parents because of ill-behaviour of their children .Rude and offending gesture of the young growing children is the severe stress causing fact in almost every family.
Since this is the period of earth element ie more activation of 2/6/10 signs ie Venus-Mercury-Saturn and Rahu ;in general every psyche is in the traumatic condition.On this background if the house contains ill-activation of the
Fire and Wind element;then it disturb the young juvenile psyche of young generation in the house.
Many times these children fall in habits like smoking-drinking and gambling.Even marijuana like herbs are commonly used by these children to eradicate the feel of frustration and depression.Such situation is very much disturbing to parents and leads to deep stress that causes early hyper tension and sugar problems.All these problems are related to the secretion of hormones ;hence fall under the vibrations of the Venus ;so connectivity to the southeast and southwest zones of the house.
Normally in many case studies terraces to southeast and southwest ;
Toilets to east-southeast;east closed;passaging of southeast energy like a Vithi Shula and hyper activation of the west-Northwest are the common faults in the house.
Unless the problem is removed from its seed and root level ;any treatments related to meditation and yoga are like fooling the self and like running away from the problem.
All changes of the Vaastu are the changes in the earth element;so they have a stable and longstanding effect on life.Where as the yogik-mantrik-meditative and philosophical explanations are not related to the facts and life of any ordinary man.Hence for any ordinary man Vaastu Aspect is first and prerequisite;all other hypothetical ways are secondary.

In present period ;late marriages of daughters is creating deep stress .This situation many times leads to loss of social esteem and social relations.In this time Live in pattern is becoming popular in young generation.More exposure to sex and related subjects spoils the young juvenile psyche.People with fault in southwest-west zones along with hyper Excitation of fire element;take disadvantages which is now getting published through movement like " Me Too".So in case of young people if fault lies in west-northwest leads to excessive free mind set that do not observe any religious order-disciplines .Even this Changal-Vaad;pleasure sticken culture has increased the prostitution at all levels.Many times its ultimate result becomes suicides as we read in daily newspapers.
When ever lords of 1/5/9 signs become debilitated-Saturn aspected-or in eclipse;along with dasha of lords of 2-7-8 houses then all such fouls lead to suicides.In houses we find mainly severe faults (Maha Dosha)in the southwest zones.
All these facts lead to deep rooted fears-stresses and these things can not be removed by any techniques but primarily by defined changes in the earth element ie Vaastu.So Vaastu  first and rest all afterwards as Vaastu only gives Sagun-Anubhav ie gross experience of the world and all other things are in a way hypothecation for a common man.
